Treker does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes the Service available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Treker does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in the Service in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Treker does not make any warranties or representations regarding the security of your personal information. 14. Copyright Complaints

Treker respects the intellectual property of others. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by Treker infringe your copyright rights, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. The courts of general jurisdiction located within Wilmington, Delaware, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms of Use and/or the Service or in which these Terms of Use and/or the Service are a material fact.
